1. Do you supply the wood for the fire?

Yes! We provide free firewood for the shared waterfront fire pit, so you can just show up and enjoy the vibes. Just be sure to fully put out your fire before you call it a night. PLEASE NOTE: From time to time there are fire bans in the North Bay region. 2. What kind of TV services do you have?
Every space comes with a smart TV and fast Wi‑Fi (around 50–100 mb/s), so you can stream, surf, and stay connected during your stay.

3. Should I bring my own linens and bedding?
We’ve got you covered with comfy premium mattresses, mattress covers, and pillows. However, we DO NOT provide linens, blankets, pillowcases, towels, or dish cloths—so be sure to pack your favourites from home. Want to travel lighter? We offer a limited number of bedding/linen rental sets (sheets, blankets, pillowcases). Just let us know ASAP through your guest portal.

4. What about coffee?
We’ve got you covered with a drip coffee maker and filters—just bring your favourite ground coffee and all your favourite add-ins. Craving a latte? There are awesome local cafés just a short drive away.

5. Can I bring more than one car? – Yes, we have lots of parking space avaliable.

6. Can I tip my housekeeper?
Absolutely! If you’d like to show your housekeeper some extra love, a gratuity per night is always appreciated (but never expected). Our team works hard to keep your resort sparkling clean before you arrive and for the next guests after you. Before checkout, just do a quick tidy-up so the place looks close to how it did when you first walked in. Extra charges may apply only if there’s an excessive or unusual mess left behind. If anything doesn’t look up to our high standards when you arrive, reach out anytime and we’ll fix it fast.

7. Do your resort have Air Conditioning?
Not yet, but we’ve got ceiling fans in every bedroom to keep the breeze going and the vibes cool.

8. Do you supply propane for the BBQ’s?

Yep, propane’s on us! If you happen to run out during your stay, just shoot us a quick message—we’ve got extra tanks on site and we’ll swap it out in no time.

9. Can I bring my pet?
Yes, only dogs allowed. Mainly in the lower units. There is a $50 pet fee.

10. Can I bring my boat?
Yes, we do offer limited dock spaces for boats ($50 reservation required in your guest portal). There is a free public boat launch one minute down the street. And we offer extra parking for boat trailers between the executive cottage fence and the road. All motor-free watersports and gear is complimentary. Lifejackets and safety kits are mandatory on the lake.

11. Where’s the best place to rent a boat? Algonquin Canoe Company is a fantastic nearby option for quality rentals on the Ottawa River. Plus, our awesome neighbour offers paid boat tours packed with sightseeing and adventure, taking you out to the local sandbanks and waterfalls.

12. What amenities are included? You’ll have full access to our complimentary canoes, pedal boats, paddle boards, lifejackets/safety kits, firepit, games room, corn hole boards, and more! Every cottage comes with brand-new quality furniture, high-speed Wi‑Fi, a smart TV, and fully equipped kitchens so you’ve got everything you need to relax and have fun.

13. Is there a biking trail? Absolutely! There’s a trail through the woods for more adventurous riders, though it’s a bit on the wild side. The side roads are great for a smooth, relaxed ride, and you can even bike over the bridge into Quebec for a fun little cross-border cruise.

14. Is there good fishing near the resort? Yes! There are tons of great spots to cast a line in the area. You can even grab live bait at the gas station just before you get to the resort.

15. What’s there to do nearby? You’ll have tons to explore! Stock up at the local IGA grocery store, browse the discounted winery shop, fill up on cheap gas, and then head out for scenic lookouts, waterfalls, and live events (depending on the town schedule).
